‧Products introduction:

    ApplicationThe hinged type constrains the internal pressure thrust by the hinge arm and hinge pin mounted on the side of the bellow and absorbs the expansion and contraction by bending the bellows.

    The L type balance has the left and right ends of the bend pipe provided with bellows. The bellows at the outer bend pipe provided with bellows. The bellows at the outer side of the bend pipe is blinded. It is constructed so that the internal pressure is simultaneously applied on this blinded bellows by uniform pressure pipe. Further, these two bellows are constraind by tie rod bolts to be operatable left and right about the bend pipe. This operation corresponds to the so called expansion and contraction operation.
    The internal pressure thrust also acts on the blind bellows so that the expansion of this bellows brings about the contraction of another bellows connected thereto by the tie rod bolts, whereupon the thrusts extinguish each other to provide a balanced condition for facilitating expansion and contraction. This L type balance is mounted on the bend portion to be capable of absorbing not only the axial expansion and contraction, but simultaneously the lateral displacement by providing another bellows.

    The S type balance, like the L type balance is provided with one bellow for balancing, on which bellows the internal pressure is applied to utilize its thrust for balancing. First, Two bellows are provided, one bellows having two times the sectional area of the former. An internal pipe, worked like comb inside the bellows, makes the outer and inner bellows cross-link and communicate with each other. With the internal pressure applied, the thrust acts on the large outer bellows to expand it, while compressing the internal bellows connected to the outer one by the internal pipe... thus the thrust is extinguished by one another to make the bellows expand and contract easily.
    The S type balance is an epochmaking expansion join that can easily expand and contract by only spring reaction since it is installed on the straight pipe portion and the thrust does not act.

    Though the prior straight pipe balance (S type balance) is constructed to expand and contract by the use of at least 3 bellows and the extinguishing of the interanl pressure thrust, this T type balance is quite a new invention that uses two bellows to achieve balance. This balance regarded also as the modification of the L type. provides a straight pipe type of balance by applying the principle of eccentric cam to bend a blind bellows 90 degrees.
    This T type balance is characterized in that:
    1. the outside diameter is small.
    2. it can be mounted in any direction, upward, downward, left and right.
    3. it can also easily be mounted on the parallel piping.
    4. the spring reaction of the bellows is relatively little.
    5. it can utilize protrusions for vent and drain and so forth.
